We offer robotized working stations for loading and unloading press brake, using new and second-handed Kawasaki and Fanuc Robotics robots. We take up whole implementation process starting with choosing the best robot, gun, positioning system devices, conveyor roller, up to training the factory crew, guarantee and postguarantee service. For our customers we provide phone and e-mail support with 24h time of reaction, in case of emergency also at night. Our applications are compatible with safety PN, EN and ISO standards, regardless of that, if we use new or second-handed machines.

Used Fanuc robots comes from Burbage Maskin AB firm. They are serviced by us, that is why we know exactly what are we using in our applications, apart from that we are giving 6 month guarantee for trouble-free work of robots, starting from the moment of launching the work station. We have all parts needed for repairs and required knowledge, what makes eventual downtime shorter.

Our firm is first in Poland which has implemented robotized working station for loading and unloading press brake in our country, without help from foreign integrators . Working station is enable to bend sheet metal of any thickness in range of press motion. Sheets are collected from pallet and loaded on special positioning device. Thanks to specialized grippers it can be freely manipulated. Depending on the sheet, there is possibility to follow it while it is bending.
